Here are some pictures of St. George’s, the capital of Grenada. Although it has retained some of its beauty, the town of St. George has lost a lot of its distinctive character. For example, the red titled roofs of the buildings are no more.
The ruins of the Catholic, Anglican, and Presbyterian churches tells a story of Hurricane Ivan’s devastation.
St. George’s is still Grenada’s liveliest town and the center of business. Enjoy the pictures, and if you want to add your photos to the album contact me here.
