Is it possible to use U.S. $ in Grenada as well as EC$ ? I know in Barbados you can use American dollars and Barabdian ones and wondered if that’s alos possible in Grenada

Yes you can use both US$ and EC$. Many people include myself do it all the time. However you will receive a little bit less for your US$ when you do, as oppose to converting all US$ currecny to EC at the bank. Also exchange rate.may differ slightly from one vendor to the other.
